		<description>Oh, man, I so hear you on the need for second breakfast!  I&#039;ve been making steel-cut oats instead of the quick cooking rolled oats I used for ages, and that seems to fill me up a bit better.  Even so, I&#039;m starving again - sometimes even shaking - within a couple of hours.  I no longer need to eat in the middle of the night, like I did for months, but I&#039;m still amazed at how HUNGRY I can get.  Soup is a great idea.  I should eat more soup...</description>
