I decided as I went to sleep last night, swoony and sick, that I was going to sleep deeply, wake up feeling better and get on that plane.
I even did a round of front-line tapping and saying the mantra: “I will sleep peacefully and wake up feeling better,” as I fell asleep.
It worked! I am eating oatmeal, still shaky, but ready to go! We will check in from the road and share our mindful moments from sun-drenched, traffic-packed Texas!
