Thanks Savannah, for inspiring others to consciously take care; a wisdom with which I struggle off and on to be certain! Today I spent some wonderfully peaceful time with Stella in the very quiet back yard brushing the winter-matted cat, listening to the birds proclaiming their happiness and hunting for unusual rocks in our giant gravel pit. I even read a short magazine article about organic gardening! I topped off the day with a 1.5 hour massage at Numinosity…ah, now that feels better.
